By submitting content to any of our platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect our users and our organization by ensuring that all submitted content complies with legal standards, our internal policies, and our commitment to quality programming.

1. Ownership of Submitted Content

• Ownership Requirement: All users submitting songs/tracks for radio play must fully own the rights to the content, including instrumental and vocal components. Content must be created or lawfully generated through AI tools under ownership terms that permit use on our platforms.
• Music Generation Platform: To access our full range of services, including the NFT program, users must use a paid account with an authorized music generation company. Songs created through free accounts are only eligible for the Play for a Day package and do not qualify for NFT-related projects or higher rotation packages.
• Copyright Encouragement: While copyright registration is not mandatory, we strongly encourage artists to copyright their work or consider using Creative Commons licensing as an alternative for protection.

2. Content Guidelines

• AI-Generated or Original Content: Submitted lyrics and music must be AI-generated or original materialcreated by the user. The use of copyrighted material created by third parties is strictly prohibited on our platforms.
• Content Standards: Swade Soul Radio reserves the right to determine suitability of submitted music based on our platform standards. We do not accept music with racist, political, sexist, or overtly vulgar content. While limited profanity is permitted, we reserve the right to determine appropriate levels, as our station is available to listeners of all ages worldwide. Should content not align with these standards, we will inform you, allowing you the opportunity to resubmit an alternative track.
• Content Review: Submitted content will undergo a review process to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service, including a review of any submitted lyrics for originality and non-infringement.

3. Song Selection and Rotation

• Single-Track Limitation: For users on single-track plans, submitting more than one song may result in only one track being selected for play. We reserve the right to determine if additional songs are suitable for airplay; if so, you will be notified of our decision to play more than one track.

4. Liability and Indemnity

• User Responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for all content submitted to Swade Soul Radio and associated platforms. We assume no liability for any legal actions, claims, or damages arising from submitted content.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swade Soul Radio, AI Business Builders, SwadeSoul.com, AI NFT Radio, and any affiliated parties from any claims arising from content submission, copyright disputes, or any other legal issues.

5. Eligibility for Packages and Upgrades

• Play for a Day: Users with free accounts on music generation platforms are eligible for the Play for a Day package only. For access to Light, Medium, or Heavy Rotation services, as well as the NFT program, content must be generated from a paid account and undergo an additional copyright review.

• Upgrade Options: Upon upgrading to a higher package, content generated from paid accounts will be reviewed in greater detail to ensure it complies with copyright standards, eligibility for NFT services, and suitability for extended play.

6. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once content is submitted and approved for use on Swade Soul Radio or affiliated platforms, no refunds will be issued for any radio packages or rotation services. This policy maintains the integrity of the submission and review process.
• Content Re-Submission Option: In cases of copyright infringement or Terms of Service violations, users will be contacted and allowed to submit a replacement track within 7 days to fulfill the package commitment without incurring additional charges.

7. Compliance with Copyright Laws

• Copyright Infringement Prohibited: Content that violates copyright laws or infringes upon third-party rights is strictly prohibited. Any infringement discovered will result in the immediate removal of the content.
• Right to Refuse Content: Swade Soul Radio and affiliated organizations reserve the right to refuse any content that does not meet these Terms of Service or applicable copyright laws.

8. Agreement to Terms

By submitting content to Swade Soul Radio, AI Business Builders, SwadeSoul.com, or AI NFT Radio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms may result in content removal or, in certain cases, termination of access to our services.
